1. Who we are

This portal is operated by Muran Health under the EyeTru brand. We can be reached at info@eyetru.ca.

2. What we collect

When a clinic registers, we collect: clinic name, primary contact name and role, business email, phone, address, and optional licensing number. When you place an order, we additionally retain: order line items, shipping address, payment status, and invoice records.

3. Where data is stored

Clinic and order data is stored in Canadian data centres (Supabase, ca-central-1 region). Payment card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

4. Your rights under PIPEDA

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your clinic's personal information by contacting info@eyetru.ca.

5. Cookies

We use a strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
