1. Eligibility
The EyeTru wholesale portal is restricted to licensed eye care professionals and clinics operating in Canada. Account approval is at our discretion.
2. Use of the portal
You agree to use the portal only for legitimate procurement on behalf of your clinic and not to share login credentials or wholesale pricing publicly.
3. Orders, payment, and shipping
Orders must be placed in whole boxes (24 masks per box). All payments are processed in Canadian dollars. Shipping costs and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Title transfers upon dispatch.
4. Returns
Unopened, undamaged boxes may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Contact info@eyetru.ca to initiate a return.
5. Limitation of liability
The product is intended for at-home patient use under professional supervision. Muran Health is not liable for misuse outside the scope of the provided usage instructions.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
