- 2Test the temperature on your wrist before applying to eyes
- 3Apply gently over closed eyes for 10 minutes
- 4Use once or twice daily, or as recommended by your optometrist
- 5For cold therapy: place in a clean sealable bag and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before use
